The Accelerated Development Program (ADP) is designed to shape the future leaders of Ingersoll Rand by providing diverse developmental experiences early in their careers.

The ADP is more than a training program; it is Ingersoll Rand's investment in the future leaders of the Company.

  • Asia Pacific ADPs participate in a 24-month rotational development program in at least two different business units located in China.
  • Rotational assignments are intentionally designed to strengthen core skills
  • The ADP beings in the summer of each year

"Interacting with senior management, taking an independent role and leading cross-cultural projects has developed my professional and leadership skills early in my career."
