Description
The Accelerated Development Program (ADP) is designed to shape the future leaders of Ingersoll Rand by providing diverse developmental experiences early in their careers.
Functional rotations are complemented by leadership training and exposure to senior leadership. Through experiences in multiple business unit locations, ADP participants build strong foundations that will prepare them for their careers with Ingersoll Rand.
Highlights The ADP is more than a training program; it is Ingersoll Rand's investment in the future leaders of the Company.
- Asia Pacific ADPs participate in a 24-month rotational development program in at least two different business units located in China.
- Rotational assignments are intentionally designed to strengthen core skills

ADP members participate in a variety of learning events. - ADP Orientation introduces program members to Ingersoll Rand's strategic vision, business leadership and unifies program members.
- ADP Learning Symposium brings program members together annually to attend interactive sessions led by respected business leaders to share best practices, learn about key business issues and further develop global networks.
- Ingersoll Rand University courses provide ADPs with formal training in subject areas such as process excellence, team leadership, project management and business acumen.
Requirements
The Ingersoll Rand Accelerated Development Program hires collaborative, driven, genuine and inventive individuals who will graduate in the current school year or have graduated with a bachelors or masters degree and demonstrate: - Leadership skills
