Description

Operations ADPs will have 3 assignments in at least 2 business sectors and geographic locations over a 30-month period including the opportunity for a cross-functional position.

While on program, Operations ADPs will develop a sound operations foundation that includes various key skills such as:

  • Lean Production and Six Sigma Training
  • Planning Strategy
  • Operational Excellence
  • Ergonomics and Safety
  • Sourcing Cycle
  • Productivity Generation and Tracking
  • Sales Inventory Operations Planning
  • Supplier Quality Audits

Operations ADPs hold positions that allow them to:
  • Demonstrate focus on value, flow, pull and perfection
  • Design for manufacturability
  • Manage strategic sourcing supply chains
  • Demonstrate systematic decision making and problem solving processes
  • Demonstrate awareness of and compliance with ISO requirements, all other applicable regulations and Ingersoll Rand Operations practices and policies

Requirements
