Description

Marketing ADPs will have 3 assignments in at least 2 business sectors and geographic locations over a 30-month period including the opportunity for a cross-functional position.

While on program, Marketing ADPs will develop a sound marketing foundation that includes various key skills such as:

  • Market Research and Segmentation
  • Customer and Supplier Relations
  • Channel Development/Management
  • Demand Creation and Forecasting
  • Trade Fairs/Exhibitions and Promotions


Marketing ADPs hold positions that allow them to:

  • Develop and support the channel strategy in a manner that ensures the channel members and Ingersoll Rand are successful
  • Research and evaluate Ingersoll Rand prices to ensure market growth and profitability
  • Develop and support branding and promotional strategies that create consumer demand in the market
  • Work with the sales force and channel members to ensure they have the information, programs and resources required to sell Ingersoll Rand solutions, products and servicesCollect and analyze market and customer information to assist in making decisions
