Description

Information Technology ADPs will have 3 assignments in at least 2 business sectors and geographic locations over a 30-month period including the opportunity for a cross-functional position.

While on program, IT ADPs will develop a sound information technology foundation that includes various key skills such as:

  • Training in Siebel/Oracle/Web Methods/Navision
  • Financial/Business Acumen
  • End User Awareness
  • Testing Methodology
  • Modeling Skills
  • Third-party exposure
  • Integrations/Migrations

Information Technology ADPs hold positions that allow them to:
  • Envision, design, develop and manage database applicationsInnovate, design and document current and next generation applications, which leverage IT as a competitive advantage and growth enabler for Ingersoll Rand
  • Envision and manage IT solutions in alignment with business strategy
  • Ensure effective planning, coordination and implementation of IT solutions
  • Manage ongoing user relations and leverage resources to ensure issue resolution
  • Envision, design, implement and ensure a secure network topology to drive optimal performance and cost of the network, including hardware and network systems software
