Description

Human Resources ADPs will have 3 assignments in at least 2 business sectors and geographic locations over a 30-month period including the opportunity for a cross-functional position.

While on program, Human Resources ADPs will develop a sound HR foundation that includes various key skills such as:
  • Employee Relations
  • Staffing
  • Performance Management Process
  • Compensation Strategy
  • Selection/Assessment
  • Communication Strategy/Planning
  • Change Implementation

Human Resources ADPs hold positions that allow them to:
  • Demonstrate competence with HR strategy development, business acumen, Ingersoll Rand's strategic management systems and key performance indicators
  • Communicate effectively and influence management to attain business objectives by using consultation, communications and influence
  • Identify talent and create development opportunities for that talent by effectively utilizing recruitment, assessment and selection, development and talent brokering
  • Ensure that management systems, policies, structures, and procedures meet business needs
