Description

Finance ADPs will have 3 assignments in at least 2 business sectors and geographic locations over a 30-month period including the opportunity for a cross-functional position.

While on program, Finance ADPs will develop a sound financial foundation that includes various key skills such as:

  • Physical Inventory
  • Audit
  • New Product Costing
  • General Accounting
  • Standard Setting
  • Sarbanes-Oxley 404
  • Budgeting
  • Financial Analysis
  • Monthly Forecasting
  • Financial Modeling

Finance ADPs hold positions that allow them to:
  • Gain knowledge of the markets in which Ingersoll Rand operates and leverage that knowledge with finance functional knowledge
  • Assist in the design and implementation of financial processes, systems and operations that add value to the business
  • Identify, gather and assess information in order to prepare and present a robust achievable financial plan
  • Conduct in-depth evaluations and propose recommendations that ensure short and long-term company success
