A career at Lux
In order to further grow and expand around the world, Lux International has set up an International Executive Trainee Program, where every year potential candidates will be selected and enrolled.
The aim of the program is to identify and develop motivated and future leaders who are interested and willing to support our Lux companies around the world.
In a period of three years, you will be working in different Lux companies. During the Trainee program you will climb the career ladder of Lux.
Once you have finished the Executive Trainee Program, you should be ready to take on a higher management position within the group.

  • Regional Manager
  • General Manager
  • Managing Director, responsible for opening a new Lux country

The Five Steps of the International Executive Trainee Program to become a successful leader within Lux


Each program step is tailor-made to our business needs and therefore varies in duration and content. The entire modular structure will give you a complete inside to different functions, duties and responsibilities.

The trainee program is composed of 5 main elements:

  1. Sales partner
  2. Team leader
  3. International Instructor
  4. Branch Manager
  5. Assistant of a Managing Director or a member of the Lux International Executive Board


For three years you will work and be trained at different Lux companies around the world.

Depending on your language skills, the first period of the Executive Trainee Program starts in one of the following countries:

  • Scandinavia and Baltic's: Finland, Norway, Sweden, Estonia, Latvia
  • Western Europe: Austria, Germany, Switzerland
  • Southern Europe: Spain, Italy, France
  • Central/Eastern Europe: Hungary, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Russia, Poland
  • Africa: South Africa
  • Forbes Lux Group Asia: India, Philippines, Vietnam, Indonesia, Thailand, Malaysia, Dubai

Requirements

  • Highly motivated, assertive individuals
  • Dynamic, determined, positive, with strong interpersonal skills
  • Determined to succeed within sales and to grow as a leader
  • Genuine interest in people and different cultures
  • Background in sports (preferable but not required)
  • Academic or diploma degree (preferred)
