Description

Engineering ADPs will have 3 assignments in at least 2 business sectors and geographic locations over a 30-month period including the opportunity for a cross-functional position.

While on program, Engineering ADPs will develop a sound engineering foundation that includes various key skills such as:

  • New Product Development
  • Value Analysis/Value Engineering
  • Six Sigma
  • FMEA and DFMEA
  • Product, Component and Reliability Testing
  • Engineering Analysis
  • Voice of the Customer Analysis
  • Technical Communication

Engineering ADPs hold positions that allow them to:

  • Design and develop new and derivative products, tests and manufacturing processes
  • Ensure effective planning, coordination and implementation of plans with other functions and key stakeholders
  • Resolve problems to maximize customer satisfaction
  • Apply appropriate engineering analysis to maximize value proposition
  • Envision and manage the development and growth of Ingersoll Rand products and solutions
