Description

Our dynamic HR team drives the recruitment and selection process to ensure our people are of the highest caliber. It’s also responsible for training and development, employment law advice and offering guidance on remuneration and benefits.

You’ll get to work on real-life issues and, as the first point of contact for managers with HR issues, you’ll need a high level of credibility. The work is often highly confidential and sensitive, so you’ll need to have the utmost integrity.

Basics

You’ll need to speak English fluently – we may be a global company, but it’s our universal business language. You’ll also need to be eligible to work non-restrictively throughout the EU for European jobs. Some work experience would be great, too.

Qualifications

We’ll consider you for most roles no matter what your degree subject – as long as it’s at least a 2:1 in the UK or equivalent in Europe, the USA and Asia.
