You’ll get to work on real-life issues and, as the first point of contact for managers with HR issues, you’ll need a high level of credibility. The work is often highly confidential and sensitive, so you’ll need to have the utmost integrity.

You’ll need to speak English fluently – we may be a global company, but it’s our universal business language. You’ll also need to be eligible to work non-restrictively throughout the EU for European jobs. Some work experience would be great, too.


We’ll consider you for most roles no matter what your degree subject – as long as it’s at least a 2:1 in the UK or equivalent in Europe, the USA and Asia.
