Research & Development is vital when it comes to making sure we meet customer demand and stay ahead of the competition with the products we offer. You’ll have the chance to work in either a management or purely technical capacity. Working in partnership with our scientists you’ll be asked to solve real problems and contribute to our success. You might be asked to develop and improve existing products, evaluate our competitors’ products, liaise with raw material suppliers or supervise factory trials – R&D covers so many areas. As you grow into your role, you’ll be given more responsibility for continuous improvement, project development and implementation. Basics You’ll need to speak English fluently – we may be a global company, but it’s our universal business language. Qualifications We’ll consider you for most roles no matter what your degree subject – as long as it’s at least a 2:1 in the UK or equivalent in Europe, the USA and Asia.
