Description

Nokia Graduate Program

The Nokia Graduate Program is a rotational program for developing True Nokia Leaders.  Employees in this program work in three different assignments over the duration of approximately 18 months. It is likely that you work in at least two different countries during the program.  As a Nokia Graduate, you will also have the opportunity to attend special training in order to develop and accelerate your understanding of our business.

Positions in the Nokia Graduate Program are within both technical and non-technical areas, including Research & Development, Strategy & Business Development, Supply Chain, IT, Sales & Marketing, Finance, and Human Resources.  Participants in the program rotate to different positions within one of these areas, enabling them to gain breadth and depth of understanding and experience in that area.
The developed services and software can be used on PC, online or on mobile device, they can be distributed independently or embedded in devices, they can be delivered to both Nokia and to non-Nokia devices and they can be monetized through multiple business models: transaction, subscription, and/or advertising.
