Finance is at the root of everything that happens within AkzoNobel. Our teams play a vital role in the business, from explaining its performance to supplying the information needed for making top-level decisions.

We also help people understand the financial implications of every decision and opportunity, as well as coming up with new ideas to make money.

Graduates will take up a series of placements and may even work at different sites across Europe. You might work in Retail Business Support or Central Accounting, and your role could include providing accurate financial reports, budgeting or assessing the viability of new products.

You’ll need to speak English fluently – we may be a global company, but it’s our universal business language. You’ll also need to be eligible to work non-restrictively throughout the EU for European jobs. Some work experience would be great, too.


We’ll consider you for most roles no matter what your degree subject – as long as it’s at least a 2:1 in the UK or equivalent in Europe, the USA and Asia.
