Description

We offer numerous places in diverse roles across Commercial, Marketing,
Supply Chain, Engineering and Finance, every year. The Management Training Scheme is one year long and is made up of three four month placements across a variety of business areas. We offer three prospective start dates (September, January or June) as well as the option of deferring your start date for a year.

We know people are different, that's why we'll create a unique development
programme just for you. This will be built around your personal experiences, the things you enjoy, and where you want to be. You'll have real responsibility and the opportunity to make a tangible contribution to your team from day one. You'll be explosed to high-profile projects which will vastly broaden your skills
and knowledge in a short time. And you'll have plenty of opportunities to really shine. We'll discuss your progress with you at the end of each placement and talk about the future.

We're flexible about when you finish the Management Training Scheme. It all
depends on the ever evolving needs of our business and your individual skills an strengths. You'll go operational in your first role after you have completed the development period that best suits you. In addition, you'll experience a dynamic, fast-paced, innovative, fast-track career and a jet-set lifestyle that most will relish.

Training and Development
We believe the best way to learn is hands-on, on-the-job. In your first year, you'll have plenty to do that will help you develop skills and knowledge specific to an area of our work. In addition, we'll help you to make the transition from study to business with a comprehensive schedule of formal courses. You will receive a minimum of 12 days' world-class training seminars in your first year, ranging from Presenting with Passion and Personal Impact to Managing Priorities and Time.

We won't expect you to get stuck in without the right level of support. You'll be assigned your own mentor who'll have been in your shoes. They'll be around to offer you guidance during your development programme and throughout your career with L'Oréal. In addition, your designated line manager will offer you on-the-job support as well as regular contact with a dedicated HR sponsor.
