In addition, we'll help you to make the transition from study to business with a comprehensive schedule of formal courses. You will receive a minimum of 12 days' world-class training seminars in your first year, ranging from Presenting with Passion and Personal Impact to Managing Priorities and Time.

We won't expect you to get stuck in without the right level of support. You'll be assigned your own mentor who'll have been in your shoes. They'll be around to offer you guidance during your development programme and throughout your career with L'Oréal. In addition, your designated line manager will offer you on-the-job support as well as regular contact with a dedicated HR sponsor.
