Description

The Nefab trainee program was established in 1997 and has been a very successful way of giving young academic graduates an efficient start to their international Nefab career. The trainee program encourages international experience and offers excellent opportunities for foreign assignments within the group.

At least four relatively recent graduates will be recruited from various countries for the program. As it is an ongoing program, the list of participating countries and the direction of the program varies. The trainee will have the possibility to build a comprehensive network within Nefab, to gain business and customer understanding and to receive training on various projects.

For some months you will participate in common training activities in Group headquarters in Jönköping, Sweden. A part of the program will probably be spent abroad. During the program you will be involved in development projects related to, either “Sales and Marketing”, "Finance" or “Production and IT” and receive training regarding products and concepts.

After the program

After the program you will be employed by any Nefab company within the Group and work with more specific projects.

Requirements

Recent university graduates with degrees in engineering, business administration or logistics (min. 3-4 years of studies). Fluency in English required, additional languages is a plus.
