We design the program to fit your individual needs, allowing you to explore the diversity and depth of Hydro’s businesses. As a trainee, you will be employed by a specific office or operating unit. Under their guidance, you will typically work in three important and challenging job assignments at different locations. You also participate regularly in seminars with other members of the Hydro trainee group, giving you the chance to learn, network and share common experiences. In general the program takes 15-month and starts each year on September 1, but some positions are closed later. The aim is often to improve our environmental standards, regarding both air and water emissions and working conditions.
