For our division Benteler Automotive in Paderborn, Germany, we are seeking international Technical Trainees (f/m) - Engineering China
Start your career in 2008 with an 18 months training program in the field of automotive engineering! After the training you are expected to support our product development at our Shanghai location in China.
We provide an on the job training with specialization in project management of our product development/design process.
You’ll be a part of an engineering team in which you handle running projects within our Product Group Structures. There you'll learn about our Structure products, our innovative technologies and our project management. The program is supplemented with off the job training courses along your individual training plan.
