What we offer

For our most valuable assets, i.e. our members of staff, we provide a group-wide opportunity of improving their knowledge in the specialist and soft skills areas by using the training courses offered within the group. Further education requirements are identified in personnel development interviews held annually.

The Leadership Development Program (LDP) aims at identifying potential technical experts and executives within our own staff pool at an early stage, preparing them in a targeted manner to take over technical and executive functions. Besides the LDP, the staff member survey is another standard tool of strategic human resources development that has become an established procedure from this financial year onwards, with a feedback rate of 72 percent.
