If you are a university graduate (Bachelors, Masters, Ph.D.), our TraineeZ programme offers you a great opportunity to enter the world of lighting.
You want to work in a challenging environment, be part of international project teams, and like to work abroad for a couple of months?

During our 18 - 24-months TraineeZ programme you are working for selected departments and divisions of our Group. Within the scope of your individual development plan, we do not only challenge you, but also support you. An experienced manager will be your mentor to help you find your way and gain in-depth knowledge of our company. But not everything is pre-planned – there will be enough room for you to develop your own initiatives and shape your development programme according to your own ideas.

Requirements

  • University degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering
  • Hands-on business experience in your field of study through internships
  • International experience
  • Fluent in English, knowledge of other European language an advantage
  • Creative, result-focused, strong analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a diverse team, can-do attitude, strong communication skills
