If you are interested in a decidedly internationally oriented programme, our international trainee programme may be just what you need. The aim of the programme is to qualify you for international leadership duties.
You spend the first phase of the 24-month trainee programme in the Sales Department at one of our sales lines in Germany or Austria. You are actively involved in the everyday business of a store, learn about all the duties of a leadership position in a store, and finally assume independent management of one of our stores.

Getting Acquainted with Our Foreign Businesses
By working in all the fundamental departments at the Head Office and at the point of sale, you receive a comprehensive overview of the structures of REWE Group and current issues within the industry.
Afterwards, you will be familiarised with the working methods at one of our 13 foreign subsidiaries, work actively on everyday business, and simultaneously work on independent projects dealing with the latest challenges in the country in question. You then spend the following educational phase training to do your future job.
