employees for the future with comprehensive knowledge of the Novo
Nordisk finance operation and a solid understanding of our underlying
business.
The two-year graduate programme is a strong learning framework, leading to accelerated development through challenging assignments and working conditions, professional coaching and feedback and excellent learning environments. The programme consists of four rotations within the finance organisation. All graduates develop skills within controlling, project management and working in a global organisation. The broad possibilities in our financial organisation enable rotation plans to be customized based on your interests, educational background and career goals. Currently, the Global Finance graduate programme Novo Nordisk offers three tracks. A Corporate Finance track with three rotations in the Global headquarter in Denmark and one rotation in an affiliate outside Denmark. A Product Supply Finance track with three rotations in Product Supply headquarter and business support functions in Denmark or in international production sites and one rotation in Corporate Finance. A European track with three rotations in the Regional Headquarter in Zürich and in European affiliates and one rotation in Corporate Finance in Denmark.
