Description

The Novo Nordisk’s global Finance graduate programme aims to develop employees for the future with comprehensive knowledge of the Novo Nordisk finance operation and a solid understanding of our underlying business.

The two-year graduate programme is a strong learning framework, leading to accelerated development through challenging assignments and working conditions, professional coaching and feedback and excellent learning environments.

The programme consists of four rotations within the finance organisation. All graduates develop skills within controlling, project management and working in a global organisation. The broad possibilities in our financial organisation enable rotation plans to be customized based on your interests, educational background and career goals.

Currently, the Global Finance graduate programme Novo Nordisk offers three tracks.

A Corporate Finance track with three rotations in the Global headquarter in Denmark and one rotation in an affiliate outside Denmark.

A Product Supply Finance track with three rotations in Product Supply headquarter and business support functions in Denmark or in international production sites and one rotation in Corporate Finance.

A European track with three rotations in the Regional Headquarter in Zürich and in European affiliates and one rotation in Corporate Finance in Denmark.

Requirements

For the global finance programmes we are looking for talents who deliver excellent results in positive interaction with others, create innovative and solid processes and have high ambitions and potential.

If you are a top M.Sc. graduate in economics, marketing, international business, engineering or equivalent, have some international experience and a passion for learning, we are looking for you to join the international team of graduates starting 1 September 2008.
