Description

The International Marketing Graduate programme aims at developing highly qualified International Product Managers with a broad understanding and hands-on experience with international and local pharmaceutical marketing challenges for Novo Nordisk.

Our graduates are hand-picked and your programme is individually set up to ensure your personal and professional development resulting in a very steep learning curve. You will experience a variety of challenging tasks and projects and be part of a unique working environment with room for individuality as well as teamwork.

The programme is very international and includes two eight-month rotations in International Marketing (Denmark/Zurich) and one in an affiliate. After the programme you will take a position as a sales representative for 8 months and later an International Product Manager position in International Marketing.

Requirements

To join the IM programme, you’ll need a Master’s degree in business, international experience and, preferably, relevant work experience.
