Description

The Ericsson Finance Graduate Program offers a flying start to your career within Ericsson Finance. The Program targets recent graduates with a university degree in Business Administration/Bachelor of Science in Business and Economics, a genuine interest in Ericsson and a potential to become a future leader within Ericsson Finance. We believe the program will help you build a solid foundation for a future career within Ericsson Finance. However, you are not guaranteed to become a manager by simply joining the program. We will set you off in the right direction, but where your future lies is in your own hands. As with all Ericsson employees, performance and experience is key to any future appointment.

By taking part in the program we believe that you will obtain valuable new experiences related to your job area, gain an understanding of the Finance area within Ericsson as well as a good understanding of Ericsson, our history, the business and what we see for the future. Additionally, you will gain better self-awareness and an increased understanding of yourself as a member of a team. We believe that the experiences you go through and the knowledge you gain in the program will provide a solid foundation for a future career within Ericsson Finance.

What do we offer?
The Finance Graduate Program kicks off with 2 weeks of Ericsson introduction including team building activities for you and your program colleagues. After getting an overview of Ericsson you will be introduced to your home organization and get to know your new colleagues as well as learn more about the actual day-to-day work that they carry out. You will continue the program with 5 months of on-the-job training at our Shared Service Centre in Stockholm. Here you will get practical experience working with standard services within the areas of finance and accounting. The following five months you will get valuable on-the-job training in your home unit, for example working with for example working at one of our Business Units or learn more about Audit & Compliance, Treasury, Customer Finance or Financial Control & Taxes etc. The target group is potential future leaders with a genuine interest in Finance.

In combination with the on-the-job training you will get instructor-led training within your professional area as well as within the human competence area (e.g. leadership fundamentals, presentation skills).

Along with the instructor-led training you will be assigned educational assignments supported by a set of workshops to help you put learning into action. Before finishing the program you will be sent to one of our Market units where you will get rewarding on-the-job-training. This will also be an exciting 5 months when you will get to know Ericsson from an international perspective and what it is like to work with people from another culture. When you are abroad and not able to meet your program colleagues face-to-face, you can meet virtually through the program's learning management system. The learning management system will be your one point of entry to all information related to the program. After your international assignment we will conclude the program with one week focusing on career planning and your future as well as summarizing the key learning points of the program.
