The programme manager will be assigned to your business area and will support your learning and development on the programme. Adapting to change is fundamental to doing well in your second year. You’ll have developed, to a high level, a transferable set of skills and be ready to take on a greater set of challenges in a completely different area of the business. Leadership and business management play a significant part of the programme. You will have two six-month placements in two different business units. You may also be considered for an international placement. If this is the path you choose to take, you will be expected to go through an interview process to assess your performance and suitability.
