Start, content and duration of the trainee program

  • Trainees can start at any time
  • Individual assignment schedules are arranged with the controlling teams of the subgroups and service companies and with Group Controlling, Group Accounting and Reporting, Finance and Corporate Auditing
  • Assignment to a foreign affiliate during the trainee program
  • Integration into broadly based assignments (e.g. projects) or responsibility for specific activities
     

After the program

Employment opportunities on completion of program:
  • Group Controlling
  • Controlling in a subgroup or service company
  • Group Accounting and Reporting
  • Finance


There is the possibility of subsequent employment at affiliated companies in Germany or abroad

Requirements

  • University degree or PhD in an economics-based subject
  • Areas of specialism: controlling, finance, accounting, corporate planning, auditing, trusts or taxation
  • Very good academic grades, foreign degree or period of study abroad desirable
  • Practical experience, e.g. through international internships and work experience (vocational training before degree an advantage)
  • Fluent written and spoken English, preferably knowledge of other foreign languages
  • High degree of flexibility and mobility for possible long-term international assignments within the Bayer Group
