You have nearly finished your studies so now your sights are set firmly on your future career. Duration, start and course content:

  • Two years training periods in Germany and abroad
  • Flexible start
  • Job rotation, mainly in sales, marketing and controlling

Your profile:
  • Practical international experience (particularly in sales or marketing) during or since completion of studies
  • High degree of mobility (permanent willingness to accept foreign assignments)
  • A degree course with an international focus, high grades, preferably including a period spent studying or working abroad
  • Excellent command of English and a second language fluently, knowledge of German as well as further languages desirable
Two-year contract with the aim of offering participants a permanent employment contract on successful completion of the program

After the program

Operational or strategic marketing functions in international, regional or local business management or at headquarters.


A university or polytechnic degree in economics/business studies with additional scientific skills or a scientific degree with an additional economics/business studies qualification or equivalent (e.g. MBA)
