Description

Daimler Career Partnership is an international program aimed at outstanding university students with about 2 years of their course remaining – young high-potentials who have already gained some professional experience and sampled life abroad. What’s behind the idea? Well, ideally, members of Daimler Career Partnership will go on to build a career with Daimler. While still at university, a variety of seminars, events, internships at home or abroad and a unique online community will help you build the skill-sets and network of contacts you'll need in management as prerequisite for a successful career. You’ll also gain some first-hand insight into the many different roles Daimler has to offer around the world. It's called a Partnership because it's all about working together. Throughout the program, your Human Resources Coach and your personal Career Coach, will always be there to guide you, helping to chart a personalized roadmap for your future professional life.

Community -  A successful future is a networked future.

The unique Daimler Career Partnership Community is exclusively for members of the program. In short, the Community is a communication and information platform created for bright minds. It keeps you in touch with other members and experts at Daimler, no matter where you may be, helping you build and maintain your personal network of contacts. And like in any community, the more you put in, the more you get out.
